Although I’ve always enjoyed working with computers, I first became professionally involved with them in 1999. For a number of years I worked as Network Administrator at a medium-sized business in Aurora, ON. While there I maintained their servers and network, and also provided desktop support.
Looking at the marketplace, I could see that there weren’t many reasonably priced, professional options available for home users or businesses. So, in 2002, I decided to take my knowledge and experience and bring it to the public. Thus PC Troubleshooting was born.
I am constantly improving my skills, trying to keep up with trends and new hardware and software, so that I can better serve my customers. I normally upgrade as soon as possible to the latest versions of Windows and Office, making myself familiar with them through everyday use. I’m also able to work with all age groups, from helping kids with their new devices, to assisting the elderly in learning today’s technology.
Most recently, in 2015, I have expanded my company to include a General Maintenance Technician. Christina is available to visit PC Troubleshoorting customers to perform a complete checkup for your computers. This service includes (but is not limited to) physical cleanout of computer, system file clear software uninstallation and updates.
My business has only come to be what it is because of my fantastic customers and their trusted referrals of family and friends.
